Refund Policy
We guarantee that the quality and safety of our food are our top priorities when serving you. However, should there be a clear and valid shortcoming on any of the ordered products in the area of food safety, product quality or there is an incapacity of the establishment to serve your product, then the guest shall be entitled to a 100% refund.
Please always double check which branch is closest to you for your own convenience. Picking a branch closest to you ensures your safety when picking up, or ensures a lower cost and more successful booking if via 3rd party courier.
Once paid, should guest wish to cancel an order or change an item, or choose to change branch of pickup, change of mind is not a valid reason. If product served is not the correct item, then Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings shall be responsible for exchanging it with the correct product.
Should guest fail to pickup his/her order on the scheduled date and time, guest shall be entitled to 1 (one) re-schedule on the following day at a time of his/her choosing provided that it is within the operating hours of the store.
Should guest again fail to pickup his/her order, then payment shall be forfeited.
For cancellation of order, adjustment of pickup time, guest must call or inform at least 2 hours before designated pickup time. For cancellations called in at least 2 hours before, only 50% of the amount will be refunded to cover the operational cost incurred in processing the order and the refund.
